Fire Risk Assessments

A Fire Risk Assessment is required for all residential buildings comprising two or more dwellings under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005 and the Building Safety Act 2022. The assessment evaluates fire hazards, recommends control measures, and aids you to fulfil your legal responsibilities, ultimately safeguarding lives.

Asbestos Management Surveys

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 places specific duties on Duty Holders (including persons in control of the common areas of residential properties) to manage the risks from asbestos. One of the duties is to identify the presence of asbestos. An Asbestos Management Survey is the primary way to fulfil this duty.

Health & Safety Risk Assessments

The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, places a general duty on those in control of premises to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of people who may be affected by their activities. This includes residents, visitors, and any workers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance staff). The Risk Assessment identifies hazards, evaluates the risks and suggests suitable control measures.
